How to split and organize PDF pages
Open the file and switch to the Organize tab to see every page as a thumbnail.
Drag pages to reorder, rotate them, delete the ones you don't need, or insert blank pages.
Split a page range into a separate PDF, or apply your changes as a new file — or replace the original.
Questions
- Can I extract just one page?
- Yes. Select the range you want in the Organize tab and split it out; the extracted pages become their own PDF and the original is left untouched unless you choose to replace it.
- Is deleting a page reversible?
- Apply your changes as a new file rather than replacing the original and you keep both versions. If you replace the original, the earlier version is gone.
- How large a file can I use?
- Up to 100 MB per file, and up to 10 files in one upload.
- Do my files stay private?
- Yes. Your files are held in your own browser, not in an account on our servers. When a tool has to run server-side, the file is staged for the few seconds the operation takes and then deleted — everything is purged within an hour at the latest, automatically. We store no copies and nothing that identifies you.
