Merge PDF files online

Merging is the fastest way to turn a pile of separate documents — scanned pages, invoices, a report and its appendix — into one file you can send as a single attachment. You control the order before anything is combined.

Private by design: your files are held in your browser. Anything processed on the server is deleted within the hour, automatically — we keep no copies.

How to merge PDF files online

  1. Open the Dashboard and click Merge PDFs.

  2. Select the files to combine and arrange them in the order you want.

  3. Click Merge — the combined PDF appears in your library, ready to download.

Questions

Can I control the page order?
Yes. You arrange the files before merging, and if you need to reorder individual pages afterwards, open the merged file and use the Organize tab to drag pages into place.
Will merging reduce the quality of my pages?
No. Merging copies the original pages as they are — no re-encoding, no downscaling. If you want a smaller file afterwards, compress it as a separate step.
How large a file can I use?
Up to 100 MB per file, and up to 10 files in one upload.
Do my files stay private?
Yes. Your files are held in your own browser, not in an account on our servers. When a tool has to run server-side, the file is staged for the few seconds the operation takes and then deleted — everything is purged within an hour at the latest, automatically. We store no copies and nothing that identifies you.
Is it really free, and are there watermarks?
It is free and it adds no watermark of its own. There is no page limit, no daily quota and no paid tier holding features back.
